Extended Consultation

Learn how to babywear comfortably and confidently from the comfort of your own home or at our South Auckland studio.

Whether you are a complete novice to babywearing and want a comprehensive how to guide, or already love babywearing and want to learn something new, this is the option for you.

For the novice babywearer 

We will start right at the beginning and cover

• Babywearing safety
• How to make babywearing enjoyable for your and your child
• The different options of carriers available
• Review your lifestyle  and babywearing needs to tailor your consultation to your unique requirements
• Learning the basics of how to use your carrier and any troubleshooting tips along the way.

This means that by the end of our session you will be confident in your newfound babywearing skills and be ready to put them in to practice.  

The consultation also includes a follow up email highlighting the points we discussed, including videos and graphics to help jog your memory, and a 15minute troubleshooting video call follow up if you need it.

For the more experienced babywearer 

This consultation option gives us enough time to fine tune the fit of your current carrier, learn and practice a new skill, try out a number of different carrier options from our carrier library or a bit of all three.  Each consultation is formatted to meet the specific needs of you and your child.

This consultation takes up to 2 hours.
